Spring 2009 - Garden Overhaul

After the long and brutal winter, some things in the garden had to be dug up and replaced. but the good news is... the things that didn't make it were things I did not care for... ugly bushes that existed when we bought the house. Julie's Garden Party

I gathered up my girlfriends for a fun garden party. The ladies from "My Garden" in Mill Creek (formerly Wileywood) did a garden make-over in my back yard. It was like HGTV in my back yard!! It was so much fun and I loved everything they did. Now I just can't wait to get my new garden goodies in the dirt.

Well, I finally made it out to the garden to add some spring color. I literally felt like I was going through gardening withdrawals. It was such a rainy cold winter... it felt like I had not been out in the yard since last Fall. So I managed to sneak in a couple of hours of gardening. I can't wait to get back out there.
